The 2025 handbook revitalizes the core rules of the established edition after more than ten years. It contains 384 updated pages featuring 48 specialized character paths for each of the 12 main classes. Among these are three entirely new paths: one for warriors of nature, another for performers whose art tells epic tales, and a third for mystics attuned to the sea's secrets.
An improved layout has also been introduced, streamlining access to detailed information during game sessions. Additional enhancements include a richer selection of options for heroes, new spells, and a broader range of gear. The revised version now features more mastery elements, with a total of 380 incantations, 75 skills, 16 life backstories, and 10 unique species for players to choose from.
This guide is the first of three essential core volumes to update the rules and lore for enthusiasts. Upcoming releases include a companion book for game facilitators, available in multiple languages on 26 June 2025, followed by the refreshed compendium of creatures set for a September launch.
